Guangzhou Baihua F&F Attends FIC 2019 Trade Show in Shanghai

  The 23rd annual Food Ingredient China (FIC) trade show is held from March 18th to 20th, 2019 at National Exhibition & Convention Center in Shanghai, China. The chairman of Guangzhou Baihua F&F (GBFF), Mr. Lianjun Zhong, along with six members from the R&D department and the sales department of the company attend the FIC trade show to gain the insight of the food market and new ingredient trends. 
  FIC is always known as the great indicator of the current trend in the food additive and ingredient industry, and the preferred platform for demonstrating the latest products and technologies. FIC 2019 has 1569 well-known exhibitors from more than 70 countries and regions all over the globe and tens of thousands of attendees. FIC 2019 has five exhibiting sections including Overseas Section, Natural Products, Extracts, Functional Ingredients, and Health Care Food Section, Comprehensive Products Section, Flavors, Fragrance & Condiments Section and Machinery and Food Safety Testing Equipment Section. FIC 2019 covers 23 categories of food additives, 35 categories of food ingredients, as well as natural organic food and ingredients, 14 categories of food processing aid, novel food, food packing machinery, packing materials, food processing machinery, product application technology, testing equipment, and technology. FIC 2019 exhibitors showcase the latest trend in the food industry with the incorporation of material/ingredient, technologies and machinery. 
  GBFF members attend multiple technical presentations and visit different booths. The main objectives for the team include gathering the latest trend in the flavor, fragrance, natural extract, and food industry, seeking new information about raw materials, extending the bulk material supply chain of the company, and visiting the industry-leading corporations to exchange ideas regarding manufacturing and management within the industry. During the three-day intensive schedule, the team members have broadened the vision and opened up the thoughts. Not only the team understands further the latest trend hot topic in the industry, have a better grasp of new product development and product line adjustment, but also the team has a better understanding about the increasingly competitive food additive industry now. The new material and supply chain information gathered in FIC 2019 enables GBFF to alleviate the pressure of the increasing production cost.
